We are the custodians of a precious vineyard in the renowned Bolgheri region, famous for its wines. Our lands are registered in the DOC Bolgheri vineyards registry.

The Gods' nectar
Our prestigious Bolgheri Rosso DOC, produced by Terre dei Ghelfi, is the result of a blend of three grape varieties, each with its unique characteristics contributing to the creation of extraordinarily high-quality wine.
Cabernet Sauvignon, with its maturation between late September and early October, gives the wine a captivating deep ruby red color. This grape variety imparts complex aromas of violet and spices to our wine, which fully reveal themselves after a suitable aging period.
Merlot, named after the blackbird, a bird known for its appreciation of its berries, contributes its characteristic garnet color. This grape variety gives the wine appreciable body and immediate drinkability, making it ideal for immediate consumption.
Syrah, native to Persian lands, adds its ruby red color with violet hues to our wine. Characterized by aromas of black cherry, red fruits, and violets, Syrah is often used in combination with other red grapes to impart robustness and harmony to our wine.

The end result is a wine with an intense ruby red color, enriched with violet reflections, featuring notes of red and black fruits such as blackberry, currant, and raspberry, enhanced by hints of sweet spices. This is our interpretation of Bolgheri Rosso DOC, a wine that embodies the excellence and complexity of its components.
